I attempted to explain that my bank-issued replacement card, with the same card number but updated expiration date and security code, needed to be added to my account. Bailey refused to listen or update my account, instead advising me to contact my bank. Her only solution was to open the gate and instruct me to leave, leaving me upset and embarrassed. The following day, I returned and the manager demonstrated the proper procedure for resolving card issues, which Bailey should have done initially. The manager acknowledged familiarity with Bailey and expressed puzzlement over her leadership role. It is unfortunate that Bailey continues to represent Bubble Bath, and our subsequent encounter led me to address her unprofessional behavior personally. Regrettably, she attempted to justify her actions rather than acknowledging her mistake.
