- ELE LermaDec 22, 20251.0Cancelled monthly subscription in May due to financial reasons online. Just discovered that my card was still being charged SIX MONTHS LATER. Spoke with Ray at customer service a weekago, was told I could only get one month credited without email or text confirmation proof of cancelation even though my last wash was in May. I requested escalation then she said i could "possibly" get max 3 months credited without allowing me to speak to her manager and would get back with me in 2-3 days. I still have not heard from Bubble Bath. FYI if you need to cancel your subscription CALL or physically go to a location because their cancelation website process stinks.

However this new nice sweet young lady smiled at me today and welcomed me back she even handed me towels when I got out the wash and wanted to make sure I was happy with the service, she gave me a coupon for a free drink. I don't remember her name but she told me she was the new manager thank you for great service today.
