  Jonathan went above and beyond to make my first time in this car wash a smooth ride, he explained perfectly clear all the options and help me to clean my car before getting in the car wash and the rest of the crew were also very helpful, I went here because my car wash was under maintenance so I went to bubble bath car and I’m staying here ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️thank you Jonathan!!! This was on the Fredericksburg location by balcones heights.

  I choose this location to wash my 2025 Buick Envista car. This was the first time using a car wash places, and after several weeks of consideration, I made up my mind…. Bubble Bath Car Wash is THE place. I had a perfect and great experience. The car looks brand new. I had purchased the annual bubble glow membership. Top notch car wash experience for my car. Excellent customer service. A shout out to Jonathan for not only giving my car tires the tire shine, he explained the rest to me, from the car wash experience and supplied the member fuel card. Thanks Jonathan for excellent customer service. Everyone was helpful and also provided me excellent service. I would recommend this location.

  I just recently purchased a monthly membership because I wanted something closer to my house. The first day of my membership went smooth. But the 2nd day is where it started going down. I showed up to wash my car and there was a long line. One of the workers came over to my car and informed me that the machine wasn't working. He said they were trying to fix it but he wasn't sure when it would be fixed. Needless to say I had to leave. The 3rd time I tried to wash my car but when I pulled up the reader couldn't read my license plate. I pushed the help button but nobody came to help. I continued to push the button but still nobody came to help. All the cars were in line and the machines couldn't read anyone's license plate. We all had to back out so we could leave because nobody came to help. As I was leaving one of the workers came out of the office and made it seem we were bothering him. I don't know his name but he told me on the first day that he was a trainer. I'm beginning to think I made a mistake switching to bubble bath. Because on top of all that when the wash is working it still misses some spots and doesn't completely dry my car. They really need to do something before more people start leaving

  Will not be returning once my month is up, they never have the same people working regardless of them saying they are just training and most of the new people all look angry or lost. Most of these new people don't know what their doing and I was left waiting almost 20 mins while they tried to figure out why they couldn't swap my membership to my new car. Don't waste your time. **BTW, I saw Shawn the manager coming into work during this fiasco and fixed my issue within a few minutes of him being there, Jocelyn and (I believe the other lady's name was like Falon or Talon) were super nice and made sure I was okay after my wash. Falon ran over and brought me towels and Jocelyn even came to touch of my tires without me asking, she said she could tell my passenger side got missed. Thank you to Jocelyn, Falon, and Shawn you guys were absolute gems.
