  Usually never one to leave reviews especially bad ones, but I recently acquired my bubble bath membership and had been in love with it. Truly loved I can go to any location and the perks of the gas card. However, today my impression of this specific location put a damper on my love for the membership itself. I had gone to grab the tire shine which appeared to be available for public use as it was located with free towels and did not list “not for use”. Was happy thinking bubble bath made yet another accommodation for its customers. Well that was until I had a worker yelling at me “Ma’am you cannot use that!” as I was going to put it back on the cart where I had grabbed it from. As he grabbed the tire shine out of my hand in a unfriendly and annoyed way, I have now decided to not come back to this location anymore. Many other locations are much more hospitable. My feedback would be do not have the product out on the cart that is there for everyone to use and when a customer is using it, unknowingly at that, be more customer service oriented when letting them know it is not for public use.

  These guys rock I always have trouble here because of a card or whatever my monthly subscription but they always straighten me out today is 10 March 2026. This crew took amazing care of me!

  I’ve been trying to cancel my membership for two weeks now. You can’t get anyone on the customer service line, staff can’t help, and I’ve filled out the online form several times. Do not sign up for a membership as you won’t be able to cancel.

  This is MY Bubble Bath, I’ve been a monthly member for years now and they consistently impress me with their customer service. It wasn’t overly busy today but they always do a great job busy or not. The most noticeable quality of this location is the team spirited customer service. There are many choices in this neighborhood but Bubble Bath raises to the challenge. Plenty of personnel, free clean towels, a special self service mat washer. My experience has always been exceptional at this location. Great job Bubble Bath Babcock!

  Staff should really learn how to watch their tempers. If you close st 7 don’t take the customers money close to closing time. You took out money why rush the service I expect the same as everyone else that paid. Very hostile staff I mean closing directly at 7 does this get your staff a bonus or something. Taking money then rushing a customer is there some type of incentive involved? Mr u get off in 20 minutes you already made infractions against your job when you pulled your shirt up. But if you got off in 20 good customer service could’ve slotted the time to finish what we paid for. Theatened with cops but want to antagonize the matter fo better before you cost your company some liability.
