- GSGaby SDec 19, 20251.0Unfortunately a piece of my bumper fell off in the car wash and management advised they would look for it later when the wash slowed down. They called me at the end of the day to advise they were too busy to look and the next manager would look for it. No one ever called. I ended up going in person and they could not locate it after a quick search. I was also advised that by then the piece would have gone down to the bottom where they cannot retrieve it anyways. I filed an incident report and no one ever called. I left a voicemail and no response. Worst of all, my car was still dirty afterwards. Edit: It took them a full month to do an actual search for the part and the call me back. Terrible customer service!

He even found they entered my license plate wrong and fixed it.. Also made sure I got my gas discount card. Thank you Shawn!!
