  Had the pleasure of meeting Tony, at Perrin Beitel location only because my original location (Austin Hwy) was still down. Tony made the experience of washing my car rewarding. He smiled the entire time. He asked was everything okay and I had to use the restroom he did state it’s for employees but he made a judgement call and said YES. That won me over. A simple restroom call did it. This location have my business moving forward. Sorry AUSTIN HWY you let me meet Tony.

  Tony was helpful. This is a clean car wash to wash and vacuum your vehicle. Tony and the Staff at Bubble Bath Car Wash are friendly and demonstrate professionalism to the customers. Everyone should come wash, vacuum and clean their vehicle at Bubble Bath Car Wash and enjoy the day at this atmosphere.   Went to wash my truck but their wifi was down so the manager gave me a free wash. I do appreciate that but one of the employees and I were trying to get the 25 dollar wash. While I appreciate the free wash it was a simple wash and did not really want the normal wash since it does not really clean anything. After the wash I went to the office to get towels and while I was there the employee was trying to get the managers attention and he looked at us and ignored us so I left it alone. After about 20 mins the manager started picking up used towels and walked right by me and ignored me again. Another employee walked by and I asked him if that guy really was the manager and he said, "yes." As I was leaving the manager came to my truck and asked if i was looking for him. So I asked him if he knew I was looking for him. He said, "yes." So I asked why he ignored me twice and all he said "it wasn't intentional. " It is when you walk by a customer knowing they had a question for you. Then he was passive aggressive after I told him what happened and shut down. The other staff was great, the manager shouldn't have this position if he cannot and will not speak to customers. I'll stick the other bubble bath on Austin Highway.
