She was told she wouldn’t have to make a car payment for the first month so when she tried calling them to start making payments they said she had to come to the dealership and figure paper work out. Turns out that they said they couldn’t verify income and she had to give the car back unless she put another person on the loan. She wasn’t able to do that. They had her stranded left walking home. I only learned about this the day after. They offered no curtesy ride no uber no nothing. The customer service here disgust me please don’t buy a car from here .
