If I could give a negative star rating I definitely would. This was the worst car buying experience that I've ever had and I bought plenty of cars. They first convince you to come in on a lie. They tell you whatever they need to tell you to get you to come in. I explained to Danielle from the Chrysler department when she called me convincing me to come in that I had bad credit a lot of repose I didn't have money to put down and she guaranteed me to be able to drive off with a car that day. Nothing went that way at all as a matter of fact when I got to the dealership I was giving someone else his name was Carlos, and then they turned me off to Dakota. Both of these men guaranteed that I already had a approval and Dakota guaranteed that I had an approval and that all I need to do was come back the following Monday & my paperwork and that's all I need to do. Fast forward to Monday I come in that is not the case at all they're still fighting for approval and they still keep trying to change what the requirements are. They keep coming back and forth saying that they can't get me approved or that they can but they're going to need a co-signer and 500 down, and then they changed it to $3,000 down. They change the car they approve me for twice, the first was a 23 Chevy Malibu which I knew they weren't going to get me in, and the second one's a 22 Jeep renegade. Then they were about to change it again and I had enough. Either way they kept wasting my time not carrying that this negatively impacted my credit and now I'm not able to go anywhere else because it's flagged my credit. On top of that when they were in putting my pay from work they originally put the 1350 that I made and then when I went somewhere else it showed that they tried to give me a raise for $19 just to get me approved and still couldn't get me approved. There's a tall Woody looking guy whose name is Cody who also works there.m they are all very unprofessional and very rude and very careless. Of course this is a money making business but you can tell they only care about how many people they can get in they do not care about their customers they don't care about what you have going on in your life they do not care if this waste your time and if it impacts your credit or not. Because if they can't help you get in the car it does not matter to them, they still go on about their day. Then I just cut my losses with them and was going to try with a no credit place, since they had flagged my credit multiple credit because of Benson Auto group, but a woman named Christy from their Nissan department called me after I explained my horrible horrible experience she also guaranteed that she could get me into a car. So my dumbass really believed her and yet again went to Benson Auto group the Nissan department just for them to again waste my time and told me they couldn't help me. Mind you I do not have a vehicle so I'm having to find a ride or take the bus and spend gas money and bus fare every time they tell me to come out there. So I would never ever ever ever recommend Benson Auto group to be honest I would recommend Mission Mitsubishi there are very professional friendly and helpful. I would ask for Luis or Dash. But please if you know what's good for you do not go to Benson Auto group. If you want to stress free car experience do not go here.

I’d leave negative stars if it was possible. Complete waste of time. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. I was speaking with someone had an appointment then was passed to someone completely different. False advertisement and just complete disregard when called out for it

Very unprofessional. Sales staff refused to allow me to see my paperwork when we were doing it in the back office refused to give me copies of anything so I could have my attorneys review and then have $1,000 deposit that they refused the refund so far gave them back the keys for the truck I was buying and told them to go stick it. Totally unprofessional people there. And when I told him to hold everything before I left the day I gave him $1,000 They still push through the loan to the bank without my permission. They were told no deal until they gave me the paperwork so I could review it. Once again totally unprofessional and close to scam artists
