  Ordered a K/N air filter, filter arrived on the ship date. I went to pick up the filter and its no where to be found in the store. Only option is to reorder and now I have to wait another 2 weeks!!! Poor organization and customer concern!!!

  Worst customer service ever. I was told my prepaid parts were ready for pickup. When I showed I showed up to get it was missing a belt. SThe workers just went around in circles and blamed each other. Lack of service was beyond reasonable. Even if you don't like your job at least pretend to give some customer service. Lost customer for lifetime, they don't really seem to care though.

  Ask for Jay D. He helped me out with a battery replacement. Great attitude, and when more customers came in he addressed them, got someone else to help them and still made my wife and I a priority. Awesome service.
