  Jordyn & Selene were awesome and helped me resolve an issue with my taillight that multiple Customer service reps were unable to help with before. Jordyn took the time to investigate and research and found the resolution!

  Jordyn and Jose were extremely helpful. Not only were they able to test our battery but took the time to properly install my new battery and got me on the go quickly. Thank you gentlemen.

  Came in to get some oil store didn’t carry the type i needed but Andrew the store Manager was very helpful and got it ordered with no problem. Excellent customer service very friendly and knowledgeable

  check engine light came on this morning on my way to work and I was pretty stressed since I didn’t know what could be wrong with my car and was already thinking the worst! I went to one AutoZone on my way home from work (1604 and Marbach) and the person behind the counter asked me if I knew where the machine connected to to see what was wrong with it. I answered unsurely and said I think I’ve seen them plug it in under the steering wheel. Mind you- every AutoZone has always done it for me… anyways, he gives it to me to and tells me to plug it, turn on the car and then told me when it was done it would tell me to go back in for the report. It took me a couple of minutes for me to figure it out, after I’m done, I go inside and another person, a female, prints out the report for me, hands it to me, and doesn’t tell me anything about what it says. I walked away frustrated at the fact that what was wrong seemed expensive, and I was upset that no one even tried to help. I would have been fine patiently waiting for help if it meant I would get more than what I did. Anyways, that was one experience. After running a couple of errands, I went back to this AutoZone, where I know the service was excellent because they recently helped me with a bad battery. When I get there Anthony helped me immediately. He was already coming out with me to check it for me before I told him about my experience. He apologized on behalf of the other store and made it right! When we went back in, Anthony and James started explaining what the report meant. Let me tell you, their customer service was beyond exceptional! They were both friendly and most of all helpful! They didn’t make me feel like an idiot and explained it to where I could understand. They literally turned my experience around for the best and made it right! Thank yall so much for everything! This will definitely be the store I always go to in the future! Two great experiences in a row, can’t beat that!!
