He was able to quickly diagnose why the light was popping up and being from out of town and being in a pinch he actually helped me change my spark plugs. Definitely recommend five star service.

Through out the conversation he continued to be rude with smart remarks. i get it we as customers sound nervous or scared or have a bad day and come off wrong but you as the seller or in this case the part sales manager you have to hold your composure and be the person to make their day better. I called the store talked to another psm said he will get with his store manager i called the next day and same thing and never got a call back. Poor communication through out the DIY side of the store if this is allowed. Still waiting for a call back if they even saved my number when i called twice.
