  This store is made me understand that AutoZone the day I became the biggest joke in the automobile industry their management and the teams that they hire have no knowledge of anything about vehicles they may have knowledge of computers and personally you shouldn't even get as much money as someone that works in McDonald's and we all know our feelings about that you should have some idea of the technical issues that a person's vehicle may have to sell parts I was a part salesman for Peterbilt for 10 years auto parts from a salesman and mechanic in a shop for 5 years with an exhaust system it is unbolted from my engine block they're going to try to tell me to drive to another store that they may have parts AutoZone will go out of business before long they don't even deserve to be in business because corporate sucks especially when they put these people in the positions they are

  HUGE shoutout to the associate named Gael! Went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me tonight! Went in because I needed new windshield wipers. Helped me find the right ones! &&& even installed them! Man I’m so thankful for his patience with me! And for answering all the questions I had for him! Thanks again Gael! 🙏🙌🏽😀

  I stopped by here needing some brake rotors for my car and the experience was great. The part manager Kimberly knew exactly what I needed, grabbed the correct size, and even gave me a couple tips on installation. Shes very cute..might come back to see her.

  Jessica Belleza is the store manager here at store #4222. I can in asking for assistance in a car reader to indicate why my check engine light was on. She passed me over to another employee that was with her to assist with the problem, but before I continued with the gentleman I asked about me light gate and if she sold shocks she took my info and informed me that she didn’t. When I asked if she knew anywhere else I could find them she brushed me off with a quick “I don’t know but we don’t sell them here” which she had already stated, when I asked if I could show her what I found on Amazon and if she thought this could work, she took a look and said with a patronizing tone “ I don’t know,I don’t work for Amazon so I wouldn't know, like I said we don’t sell them here.” I understand she deals with the same questions and issues everyday, but to have her representing your establishment would be something of concern. Her dogmatic demeanor and patronizing tone really negatively affects the experience at this location. Thank goodness for the employee that was with her he was very easy to speak to and work with.

  I always go to this autozone I am not exactly sure what is going on with the shift of personnel there but the new one are useless Went in today to inquire and grab a few cans of rhino liner The one i wanted had no price tag I asked the young man if he knew the price he said "its going to be between $10 and $16 based on the prices of the other ones" I asked if he could open the cage to check the price so he did The point is, i dont understand why it being a customer service based business, why not offer to get the price for me off the bat I guess those days are gone
