All the other employees were coming to him with questions, and lots of regular customers were coming in asking for his expertise specifically too. He got all of them squared away while helping me with a large order. If there’s ever a manager in the making I’d say it is him.

Lupe is always helpful, knowledgeable, and confident in her answers. No matter the situation, she makes sure customers and employees are taken care of. She leads by example, and it shows—she’s easily the most popular and most asked for Zoner by far. AutoZone is lucky to have her.
