This is a regular occurrence, as I only buy my oil at autozone. I don't understand why you can't have a self checkout instead of making people wait in line, twenty-thirty minutes for a quart of oil while you finish talking about your day and your employee stand around twiddling their thumbs. Guess I'll have to change my brand of oil because this is getting ridiculous.
