I’ve had a few occasions where I’ve come here and the staff wasn’t willing or able to help me with what I needed, where as the store down the street on culebra was more than willing to accommodate. however aside from that, this location usually has everything and anything I needed in stock ready to go. It’s also very clean, and most of the staff is very friendly and helpful. Shout out to Seth, as he was very friendly and knowledgeable, and stopped what he was working immediately on to help me out, which he didn’t have to do as I was willing to wait.

Well the other store helped us but said it shows they did have them on stock. I ended up going back because we needed a caliper as well and when I asked the older gentleman stated " no ma'am, we don't carry parts for cars older than 5 years ". That would make ny car 2 years old as we are in the year 2025 but he told me no twice. I just decided to go back to the other store on fm 471 because they are more helpful and seem more knowledgeable about years and products. Will not return to this store at all. It's a shame because we live down the street.
