  I was extremely tired after working and of course, my car wouldn’t start. I was able to get a jump from a coworker and made my way to this AutoZone location. Jen kindly tested my battery for me and unfortunately it was done for. So She helped me pick a new one to purchase and installed it for me right on site. I’m very appreciative of Jen Thank you.

  Came in just to browse during my off time and the employee (I believe his name was Dominic) had helped me feel welcomed and taken care of as I looked around. The experience was different than most shops I have been to and will come back soon!!

  First time at Autozone, Top-Tier Experience!!! 5 Star Autozone, and 5 star employee!! My father and I went in to purchase a battery for his truck, and as soon as we entered Dominic greeted us and offered his assistance, and once we found what we needed he assisted us even more by installing the battery quickly and efficiently AND even gave us a few suggestions to maintain the new battery!! He made the whole experience pretty easy and quick, while also being polite, VERY helpful, and full of positive energy!!

  I’ve shopped at this location before and usually have a decent experience, but today was extremely disappointing. I came in to buy rotors and brake pads and stood in line for several minutes with no acknowledgement from any of the employees, who were all standing behind the counter. When I did finally receive help, the employee rang up my order incorrectly and I was charged full price instead of the promotion (buy rotors, get brake pads free) and he had to completely refund and redo the entire transaction. I understand mistakes happen, but customers should be acknowledged and not ignored. And the employees should be familiar with the store’s own promotions. This experience felt very unprofessional compared to my usual visits here. I hope this can be improved.

  This location is so so so amazing!!! I went in for a battery replacement and they were so amazing from the beginning! Especially the cute blonde guy his name started with a K I believe it was Kaden! He helped me out the entire time and was so funny and amazing! Huge thank you to you!!!!
