- SGSamantha GutierrezNov 19, 20251.0Had such a horrible experience at this location, the gentleman that helped me was of no help, I already don't know much about vehicles but I went there asking for a new battery, the man that "helped" plugged in the device told me nothing was wrong, that it wasn't the battery when I tried to explained to him that I've had that battery for 3 years he cut me off and said "ma'am it's not the battery, there's something else wrong with your vehicle and I should take it to a mechanic" and he just walked back inside. Terrible costumer service, I had to rush to the Walmart down the road before the auto department closed because I wasted my time at this store, and so you guys are aware, it WAS my battery, Walmart provided excellent costumer service and replaced the dead battery. Too bad you can't give zero stars, horrible experience.
