When arriving at AutoZone I was greated by an employee by the name of Julian who offered to go and check my battery in my car after checking my battery, he went in and put it on the machine and came out and told me that it was a bad battery. I purchased a new battery and he went outside and put it back on my car. He did a great job. As I am leaving the parking lot of AutoZone, Danny, another employee came up from behind and saw that my reverse lights weren’t working so I purchased reverse lights and put those on my car. I just want to thank the employees of AutoZone for all of their help and going above and beyond thank you.

He then engaged with me and brought the item needed. Jacob was also excellent in installing the item. After wards checked to see if my vehicle was able to turn on and run. He then invited me back for any future needs. I am so looking forward to go back.

I did and the light was off. I stopped by Auto Zone on Babcock, Fernando came out and use the tool tested my car and assure me as long as the light is not back on, the car is OK. He also advised me what should I do if the light comes back on. It's a big help to me who know so litter about fixing car. Thanks a lot.
