When asked if she can look up the warranty she sighed and made an ugh sound and said whatever and went to look up the info. Her attitude made it seem like she hates her job. My husband asked the other associates there if the managers attitude is always like that and they nodded. I feel bad for anyone you have working under that manager. She was totally unprofessional and completely rude. We’ll be driving farther away to another AutoZone just to avoid her unpleasant attitude. Please address this issue to save further customers from having complaints.

If you want your car repaired right and can't figure it out wgats going in with it Go to auto zone where they diagnose your car with their computer and let you know which parts to buy!
