  I had the worst experience when trying to buy a simple relay. The manager Cy who has no customer service skills and after waiting in line patiently for 25-30 mins I was expecting some courtesy and got nothing but someone who was not listening and was very stubborn in attempting to sell me a different relay. I requested multiple times for him to search for the number listed in the box I had bought at the same store before and he declined my request then after multiple requests he finally agreed and the relay was located but I knew at that time he was making all kinds of excuses not to get me the right part despite his computer saying he had one in stock. I would never go back to this store. Also when I told him that I was going to leave a review he became confrontational and he said I bet you will with a laugh! I shared my feedback with another employee who was helping another customer on my way out and he apologized for the bad experience.

  I personally would like to thank Mr. Junior marine veteran for his service and gratitude in helping me and my family with a battery issue. I also would like to thank the personnel and staff at this location as well in helping assist us with a battery issue. I know it is their job to help but the fact is they also assisted other customers there in a timely manner. I gladly appreciate the company for hiring such great people and staff!!! Excellent job at this location!!! I highly recommend coming to this location. Thanks again!!!

  Meh. The staff was nice, however it seems more and more that we have to special order parts. I understand that carrying inventory has its downside, but the idea of walking into a store is to walk out with the part we need. This wasn't like it was out of stock either. The staff member that helped me said it was special order and when checking the inventory of other stores got the same thing. I want to stress that the staff was incredibly helpful and super nice. My frustration is with the business model itself. I'll wait to do the work I need done and order the part from a cheaper spot online.
