  Went to autozome for some new wiper blades and I had the pleasure of being helped by Jodi who was very attentive and even offered to change them for me which she did in what seemed to be record time :)

  I stopped in the store on Sunday, November 9, 2025 and whoever the lady with the pink highlighted hair is very rude and lazy!!!! She does not acknowledge customers and the gentleman that helped me needed her assistance. She completely ignored him and even treated him like he was getting on her nerves for asking for help. She also got an attitude when I was asking about checking my oil level. She claims they are not allowed to and kept walking. I left and drove to Potranco Rd and Ellison and the guys over there helped me without any issues. Checked my oil, assisted me with what type and even helped me pour in what I needed. This is the second time I went to the Marbach location to show them some grace and dealt with the same lady. She has pink hair. A couple of weeks ago, I let her stank attitude slide that one time and brushed it off. Everyone has a rough bad day. I show grace to everyone. I returned again only to see she still has the same poor customer service and lack of care when it comes to wanting to help people. Twice already from her and there won't be a 3rd. I won't be back to this location and it's unfortunate. Man, I hope she isn't a manager or supervisor. I will never ever ever return to this location again! Other locations that are more than welcoming, nice and willing to help.

  The customer service was poor. The female with pink dyed hair at store was very rude and sassy regarding a return. I had previously used the Autozone app to find a light bulb for my vehicle, but apparently it was incorrect. Therefore, I returned to exchange the light bulb. After giving her a brand new sealed packaged light bulb, she tagged it and to tossed it to the counter behind her. I guess that says a lot about how well she cares for the store products and why a person could end up receiving a defective item (which I have before). The gentleman next to her asked her to be more careful with products. Afterwards, I asked for a battery test, and it happened to be around 8 o’ clock she said it was too dark, however the gentleman working the same shift as her quickly stepped up to take care of my request. As a local, I hope to never receive a service from this individual in the future.
