I guess they were busy because every time I called they just picked up the phone and hung it up so they didn’t want to deal with customers then finally the disgruntled employee begrudgingly asked if I would be put on a hold and left me on hold for 20 something minutes I need the part anyway they don’t have it it’s online only but go find another store this store sucks the service always sucks every time I go in there from a battery to stuff like this whether I’m inside the store or I call on the phone and the reason I called was because of O’Reilly’s advanced or this place it’s those three or close to my house this location included so I called just to see if I can save a few bucks but it never fails this store always sucks go someplace else I wonder if AutoZone knows the people they hire
