Came here to pick up a part for a commercial account. First, she made it extremely difficult to process the order and then with extremely bad attitude, she made a mistake in pricing. When I corrected her, she said it's expensive in commerical and cheaper for non commerical. It's always the opposite. If the management is seeing this, I hope you guys train her with customer service skills because she is going to lose more business for you here. Never coming here again or sending my customers.

I tried to install it myself but was having difficulty with the bracket that held the light bulb in place. Tina was extremely friendly, helpful and installed the bulb for me. AutoZone should be proud of this employee!
