In August, i show up for a recharge on my battery, and they say they couldn't do anything due to the corrosion and it was losing charge, when it was just dirty and nearing it's 3rd year Today i show up to charge a different battery, they refuse because of its off porportional size looked like it was expanding, when i took it to O'Reilly, they took it in without fail. Every other service issue relates to them never having the items i ordered an hour ago ready when they marked it as such and even losing the order i made online. Its stunning to think that not even 3 years ago, they would've been able to reasonably accomadate, but now they just want to make a couple of dollars off your ignorance.
