  Staff made unnecessary escalation for their customers by harassing certain individuals made what should have been a routine experience extremely uncomfortable. For my wife and kids Management should consider clearer policies and have better judgment when addressing trivial issues.

  I acted in good faith while picking up litter around the exterior of this building because I was genuinely unhappy with the amount of trash accumulating near the storefront. My intent was to improve the immediate area, not to cause inconvenience or disruption. Unfortunately, this effort was met with irritation and comments suggesting that disposing of a small amount of collected litter in a customer-facing trash receptacle was “creating more work” for staff.and they threaten to call the cops I found this reaction unnecessary and discouraging, particularly given that the action reduced litter rather than increased it. I believe businesses benefit when members of the community take initiative to keep shared spaces clean. I hope management reflects on how such situations are handled and encourages a more reasonable, good-faith approach in the future. Christ is king
