  Obtaining our vehicle was so easy with the QR code. We love the vehicle and the price was fair. The reason for the 3 stars was due to one of your workers at the exit (Gil). He, while having a long line of customers waiting to exit, left his posted station to tend to a personal friend in another lane. This exchange held up 2 lanes and made an otherwise pleasant experience turn into an act of total disregard for the other 10 cars waiting to exit the garage. Please train your staff on attend to all customers equally. If there is to be a personal preference, have the modicum of decorum to not make it so obvious for paying customers.

  Such a great experience at Alamo SAT! Ray was particularly helpful and kind at pick-up, and the whole thing was smooth as can be. The minivan worked out great, and while I normally rent from a location closer to my house, I'll not hesitate to rent from Alamo again.

  My favorite car rental at San Antonio airport. Summer went above and beyond to be helpful and welcoming. She made sure that I had the correct Costco price. The car attendant was ant kind and funny. The exit staff made sure I had directions.

  Hyundai Tucson was great. Good gas mileage. Enough cargo room for 4 small suitcases (carryon size). Easy in/out of San Antonio intl airport. Ms Virginia at the rental counter is awesome!!

  It’s been a long time since I’ve had a top tier customer service experience. Every single person from start to finish, front desk to return lanes, and garage car choosing, *I can’t express enough* how kind, fun, personable, and great moods every person was. They all treat you like a friend. I had to change my car after picking it up, people drive like psychopaths in San Antonio and the bmw I originally received was beautiful, clean, and brand new, but very small (228 grand coupe), —terrified me to drive around in San Anton, an knowing I’d be driving up to Fort Worth on highways with 80mph limits… I didn’t want to chance my life. I brought it back after calling to verify I could and ended up in a Genesis SUV. They gave me zero issues, understood how nuts people drive here. The Genesis was also awesome, spotless, and brand new. I’ve traveled all over renting cars and I’ve never had such a phenomenal customer service experience. 10000/10 recommend Alamo at the San Antonio Airport.
