She had terrible customer service and was completely unprofessional. She did not want to return my fiancé’s battery that had went bad and stated it was still in “good condition” although the battery had already been bulging. We went to another location, where they right away said it was bad and replaced it. On another occasion we needed to make a return. She was very rude and continued to question our return, which was returned due to not fitting properly. She even went as far as smelling the car part to check to see if it had been used. She then rudely threw the receipt at my fiancé and stated he’ll get a return in 3-5 business day. As a manager, you should do better.
