- AGAngela GuerreroOct 12, 20251.0I went to this location today because I was having issues with my battery. I arrived at 7:33, I walked into the store and no one was around. Eventually a worker appeared and asked what I needed help with. I told him I believe I have warranty and I would like to have my battery looked at. He looked at me annoyed/confused and stated they do not look at cars after dark. I told him where does it state that? He stated there was nothing he could do for me. I asked to speak to a manager: he came out and said the same thing. I told him where is it written that you all don’t provide the services you advertise after dark?! The manager said “it’s somewhere on the website.” I asked him if he could at least look up and verify my warranty. The manager went to my car in the dark and looked at the battery serial number and verified I have a five year warranty. Neither the worker nor the manager were any help at all. I looked at the website and still have not been able to find where it states they do not provide their services after dark. *Avoid location after dark they will not help you. *
