( I previously bought one at Walmart,which I thought was not the right size, and could not get it on myself, so I returned it)The one young man I spoke to on the phone put the cover aside without me even asking. When I arrived he had it ready...when I asked if they could help me install it, the younger of the two had a little experience with installing them, which was not easy, but he got it on beautifully. What, sweet, young men and great customer service...Sorry I did not get they're names but it was on 1-3-2026. I hope they're manager see's this and gives them recognition for their jobs well done.

One strut was delivered with three top defective mounting studs. I walk back with the Defective struts. The employee happily gave me a refund. I have a refund would take till Monday to process. early Monday morning I ordered the part online. I received the notification, barely an hour later that the order was ready. Therefore, I walked to the location only to find That the wrong part was in the box. Manager Eddy was Bewildered And confirmed that the part numbers between the box and the part do not match. Because of that, I now have to walk back Empty handy. I have my barbecue pit posted next to the truck ready to barbecue and fix the truck. now I'm just barbecue.

He went above and beyond to get to the root of why the battery hadn’t been charging properly, made the necessary adjustments so I wouldn’t have the same problem in the future and quickly replaced the battery for me. He made the whole experience pleasant and gave fantastic customer service. I can’t recommend him or his store enough.
