    These people here can't even tell you when stuff is supposed to come in at a proper time first the part that I ordered last night didn't get shipped to San Antonio I got shipped to Seguin be charged to a San Antonio store secondly they tell me it should be here at 1:00 and now they're telling me not till tomorrow at 12:30. Why can't you just tell me that the first time instead of having me go up there and now being pissed off and almost not wanting to go back to your store because you operate like a joke. Why not hire some competent people

    I come to this advanced auto constantly for my restoration project and haven't had any issues with the staff except for fidel who makes you feel small and like the world dosent have time for the problem you are there trying to fix, when you are already haveing a problem.

    Awesome service Best service I’ve ever experienced at one of these places. I am a wife who was trying to help my husband out by saving him time while he was at work. He really needed this part but didn’t have time to get it himself so I was hoping I was not going to get treated as always…As a woman I hate walking in these places because men make you feel like you don’t know what you want or need. But not today I was helped by a young man named Carlos at the Bitters location in San Antonio Tx . He asked the right questions and listened to me as I was hoping I wouldn’t mess this up for my husband with asking the right questions. Well we looked together and compared prices. Help me find the correct part. And now my husband is happy.We need more like him and need to get rid of those employees like the manager or coworker that was being rude to him while Carlos was assisting me.

    Needed a mass airflow sensor for my Pathfinder. Had a slight miscommunication when I got there to pick up the part. Spent 20 bucks to Uber so I could take it back and fix my car. They said they had it then they thought they didn’t after I got there. It all got sorted out and we found it. These guys went above and beyond though to make everything right. They offered to drive me to another store that had it and then drive me back to my car. Once they found the part in store, they discounted it Without me even asking. Best example of customer service I’ve seen in a minute.
