I had a worker or manager named Alex that helped me out and this guy knew more things about my car then I did he told me the exact issue I was having and told me the parts is not at this location but I promise I will have them here in a an hour. I returned about 45 minutes later and sure enough he had everything I ordered and when the parts where put on, Ohhh did he know my car or what. Ever since my car has been running like a champ. Just wanted to let ALEX know that I really appreciate you.

Why can't you just tell me that the first time instead of having me go up there and now being pissed off and almost not wanting to go back to your store because you operate like a joke. Why not hire some competent people

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle.
