Christian Ilario was extremely patient calm, and did the actual change out of the battery and advised steve on procedural practices on the process. He Knew what he was doing and was able to install without issue. Whatever needed to be done, he did without complaint. Recoveed a cap that fell off.He did a fawless, install.Good crew at this location will come back again. Good Hires with the customers issues as priority.
