They installed a new windshield in Dec 2024. Everything seemed great. When we got our first rain in March 2025, I had water leaking through the top of the windshield. I made a warranty repair appointment first thing Monday morning between 8-12. I didn't hear anything from them by 11:45 so I called (you don't talk to the shop directly) and wasn't able to learn anything. When I checked my appointment again at 12:00, it had been changed to Wednesday—no emails or texts to notify me. So I called again and it turns out they have to order my glass. I get that, but tell me rather than make me wait 5 hours and have to seek out answers. I could have taken an Uber to work. I would go somewhere else, but since it's a warranty repair I'm stuck with Safelite.

It’s been a week since my wife’s car has been at this location and the windshield still has not been replaced. They keep saying they are waiting for the delivery of the new windshield to come in 3 days (thrice now that they’ve said this). The car supposedly will now be ready in 3 days. But after two other times of promising “it’ll be ready in 3 days dont worry” i’m starting to worry if it’ll ever be done. The old windshield is no longer available to be put back on. Staff said they will store the car in the shop and lock it inside at night but when my wife and i drive by to check it was parked outside in the corner of the parking lot with a plastic sheet covering where the windshield should be. With the rains coming up, that will be a disaster for the interior. No temporary replacement car, rental voucher, nor apology were offered. To the staff: The car is a 2025 Mitsubishi, the one that you keep lying about when it will be done for some reason. Also, stop taking out windshields if you guys don’t have the new one ready. Thank you

Setup process was easy. Tech was communicative. He didn’t fix the issue. I asked him and he said it was like new and I was good to go. I didn’t notice in the sun but he in fact, did not fix the chip and to make matters worse seems to have made his own little ding on the glass. I reached out to safelite and their response was “there’s no guarantees it would be fixed. If you’d like we can put the $175 towards a new windshield for you.” They ignored the fact that he seems to have damaged the windshield 6-12” away from where the chip was and didn’t even fix the chip despite saying he had…This really feels like the end goal was to replace my windshield and use the first amount paid to lock me in to using them. Incredibly low effort. No request for images, no offer to come back out and take a look. Just “we’ll give you $175 off the $2k for a new windshield.” A special note about certain Teslas per the customer service rep, “Tesla’s are like, really hard…because you like…have to calibrate the cameras…and it’s like hard…but we can totally give it a shot.” Don’t use them for any car that has cameras in or near the windshield. So we left it with: no refund, no offer to take a look or send pictures, and they’d *try* and replace my windshield but if it didn’t work it wasn’t their fault because it’s “like really hard.” No thank you. The camera they’d have to calibrate is the one that controls the cars auto drive (FSD). It needs to be done correctly, not have someone “like…try really hard” especially after I’ve seen what their best effort was fixing a minor chip. If it’s off, the car could crash and hurt someone or give false readings, hard brake, etc. Bottom line: If you want someone to “give it a shot” call safelite, if you want someone to fix it and stand by their work, look elsewhere. As a side note: the actual Tesla dealership wanted about the same amount Safelite wanted to replace the windshield and didn’t qualify it with comments like “we’ll do our best but it’s like really hard.”

I had an outstanding experience with Safelite, thanks to Jordan, the technician who handled my glass repair. From start to finish, Jordan was professional, efficient, and incredibly detail‑oriented. He arrived on time, explained the process clearly, and made sure everything was done with care. What really stood out was his pride in his work—he didn’t rush, he double‑checked everything, and he left my vehicle looking better than before. It’s rare to find someone who combines skill, friendliness, and genuine customer service the way Jordan does. Safelite made the whole process easy, but Jordan is the reason I’d confidently recommend them to anyone needing glass repair. Excellent job all around.

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The lobby has a nice large table, I was able to work on some admin things and Bible study. Another woman was also able to comfortably share the table with plenty of space and also work on her laptop. The music they played was a mix of relaxing and upbeat. Install was super precise and professional and looks amazing and the technician was such a gentleman and very professional. There’s coffee and tea and water available complimentary. 10/10 recommend this location to anyone!
