  Customer service was totally rad(seriously)! They got my car in and out in 2 1/2 hours. If your near a Safelite service center i would definitely recommend drop off and pick-up or you can wait and they'll get you going fast.

  Do not use this location or Safelite in general. I was essentially required to use Safelite by my insurance, and while the windshield replacement itself was technically adequate, everything after that was a mess. I drive a Subaru with the EyeSight (ADAS) system, and after Safelite’s work, the system no longer functioned properly due to incorrect calibration. That’s not a minor issue—it’s a critical safety feature. At the time of service, the onsite manager refused to speak with me because he was “in a meeting.” Fine—but what followed was completely unacceptable. I contacted Safelite corporate customer service multiple times, was repeatedly promised escalation and resolution, and was never contacted by anyone. No follow-up. No accountability. After numerous callbacks, I finally spoke directly with the location manager, who assured me he would look into the issue and find a resolution. That, too, went nowhere. I was ignored again. Safelite is quick to take the job, but once there’s a real problem—especially one involving vehicle safety—they disappear. Poor communication, broken promises, and zero follow-through. If you have a vehicle with ADAS/EyeSight systems, think twice. Adequate glass installation doesn’t matter when the company refuses to stand behind its work. On a side note, the tech at Subaru informed that Safelite is on their "Prohibited Vendor" list because of numerous issues like this. I will most likely need to pay an extra $500+ to get Subaru to calibrate the system correctly.

  They schedule and appointment and then no show. No call no nothing. I took off time from work which cost me more than the repair it's self. Nothing worse that disrespecting your customers time. Especially after the payment is already in your hands. Shame.

  Made mobile service appointment. My appointment was confirmed and was told I would receive a call when the tech was on the way. Mobile service was between 12p-5pm and nobody ever showed or called. I had to be available to pass my key to the tech to recalibrate after replacement, therefore, I needed to make arrangements for someone to be at vehicle loaction. What a waste of my time and day waiting for someone to get there.

  Easily scheduled an appointment online through Safelite's website and entered my insurance. I opted for the basic repair and it was completely free with my insurance for two chips/cracks. Arrived for my appointment and was out fairly quickly. Overall easy, good experience
