  I tried to use this company but it was too difficult to speak to a guman. Before I could get any information I had to answer questions why I was calling, how I was paying, if I wanted to speak spanish. At that point I hung up called a local company with a human being and scheduled my repair in 2 minutes. Too big, too bloated, no personal connection

  Absolutely terrible service. My appointment was at 10:30 and they didn’t touch my car until 1239. I was sitting in the waiting room when the service people called me and I walked up to the desk and asked what they needed. I was then told the delay in replacing my windshield was because I didn’t answer the phone ???? Jorge and Veronica are condescending, rude and dishonest. Do not take your car here!

  I had a fantastic experience with Safelite Autoglass. Kyle came out to my home and replaced my windshield in under two hours. I was a bit nervous since my car has a Head Up Display and the Driver Assistance Package (2020 BMW X5) and I wasn’t sure how a non OEM windshield would perform. Kyle did an amazing job. Everything recalibrated & works perfectly and I have had zero issues. I highly recommend Safelite and especially Kyle for any windshield repairs or replacements.

  I Have used Safelite 4 times over the years unfortunately this was an interesting experience. First time they came out to just repair my windshield and the service man removed the repair device under suction and the windshield cracked. ok, so I am now required to purchase a new windshield. When the second service man was complete with the new windshield, he came to the door and asked for my keys, said he wanted to check to make sure the wipers were aligned correctly. I handed him the keys and started following him to my truck. At this point he started running to my truck and I thought it was kind of odd? He immediately turned on the wipers and sprayed the window washer water on the windshield. after that he said all looks good! I was surprised that he immediately left without cleaning the windshield. Every time I have used Safelite they clean the windshield thoroughly at completion. Once the Service man left, I cleaned the excess water and soap spots off the windshield and noticed a scratch on the windshield just above the wiper line. Not Trustworthy.

  Safelite’s customer service is truly as bad as the Third-party Financing vendor it offers called Afterpay. I had an appointment to replace my windshield and was in the process of using Afterpay to pay the first payment of $142.69 for replacement of a windshield with Safelite. I followed the steps to pay and Afterpay led me to use CashApp to process the payment. I received an error message from Afterpay saying that it could not process my payment. I then had to CANCEL my appointment with Safelite because of this only to receive a refund notification of my payment from Cash App which should have NEVER been taken out because of a pop up notification from Afterpay that the payment was NOT processed! Now I’m showing a pending DEBIT transaction at my bank from Afterpay via CashApp and NO refund pending in sight in my bank! When I reached out to Cash app CUSTOMER SERVICE, I was told that that the payment was refunded back to Afterpay! If I received an error not accepting payment type notification from Afterpay WHY DID YOU DEBIT THE FIRST PAYMENT AND THEN LIED AND SAID YOU COULDN’T PROCESS THE PAYMENT? YOU LIED TO ME AND THEN STILL TOOK MY MONEY WITHOUT AUTHORIZING AFTER AN ERROR MESSAGE WAS RECEIVED NOT ALLOWING ME TO USE AFTERPAY? When I tried to call Safelite to report this, the only way I could speak to a live agent was to press the option for NEW SERVICE. You will NOT get a live agent at Safelite to get help when their third-party vendor STEALS your money. FLOCKS OF A FEATHER FLY TOGETHER and there is absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE NUMBER FOR AFTER PAY, SAFELITE’s VENDOR. HORRIBLE COMPANIES. I will be filing a formal complaint with the authorities who regulate both companies.
