Their wash damaged my brand new 2026 Tundra on 3/22/2026… ripping off a mirror cover and scratching it badly.
After waiting 3 days, the manager (Julian Palacios) called and refused to take any responsibility.
If a company won’t stand behind their own equipment, that’s a serious problem.
I’ve cancelled both of my vehicles memberships and will not be returning. If they’re now affiliated with QT, I’ll be avoiding those locations as well.

I am very disappointed with the management and how this location conducts business.
I recently experienced a cracked windshield while my vehicle was going through their car wash tunnel. I brought it to their attention calmly and followed their claims process, assuming they would handle the situation fairly.
After reviewing their footage and data, they ultimately denied responsibility. What stood out most was that I was told the system had malfunctioned on the vehicle in front of mine, yet they were certain it functioned properly on my vehicle. That explanation is difficult to reconcile.
For context, I drive a newer ¾-ton Chevy Silverado that is kept in excellent condition. The damage occurred during the wash.
The most frustrating part is not just the denial—it’s the lack of accountability and customer care. If they had done the right thing and addressed the damage, they would have easily made their money back from me—and then some—by the end of the year. I would have continued using their services and trusted them with my business.
Instead, they chose not to stand behind their service. In trying to save a relatively small amount, they lost a customer and any future business that would have come with it.
I would strongly recommend that others carefully inspect their vehicles after using this location. Based on my experience, if damage occurs, you may be left without support.

Have been out to the ranch this week. Car was filthy. Attendant sprayed left front quarter panel and wheel, that was it. Ran through the wash. At the other end, front was still filthy as well as rocker panels and back glass and bumper.
Vacuum works half assed. Have to use the crevice tool if you want good suction. I know it is not everywhere. Just this store. Rubber mat cleaner didn't work. Told attendant, he walked over, looked at it and left. I guess it wasn't his job. If I can't get what I am paying for, I guess I will go elsewhere.
