  Beware on the unlimited membership its not easy to cancel membership. Its easy to request it but getting it done is a different. Ive requested 5 times, 10 days before next billing, via email and text (asking for help) and i was still charged. I use to love this car wash, forget it now. Another business to make a buck off people. during inflation. Calling was the only way i was able to cancel this without a refund, i get to use the service for the next 30days, not happy with that, but that's the norm now with most memberships. I definitely wont be rejoining. I use to like at least using it every other month or couple of months. Never again. Why say you cancel on your account membership page when it only gets canceled via phone customer service. Thats the bottom line.

  The wash is good, but the brush is not. It scratches my silver car and leaves spots. I wish they had a touch-free wash option.

  I have 3 cars that I take to this Bubble Bath car wash on a monthly plan, but just canceled all three plans because the employee did not let me use the restroom.... Smh 😞

  Cancelled monthly subscription in May due to financial reasons online. Just discovered that my card was still being charged SIX MONTHS LATER. Spoke with Ray at customer service a weekago, was told I could only get one month credited without email or text confirmation proof of cancelation even though my last wash was in May. I requested escalation then she said i could "possibly" get max 3 months credited without allowing me to speak to her manager and would get back with me in 2-3 days. I still have not heard from Bubble Bath. FYI if you need to cancel your subscription CALL or physically go to a location because their cancelation website process stinks.

  I have been coming to this location for a while and the only time anyone has spoken to me was to get me to buy a membership. However this new nice sweet young lady smiled at me today and welcomed me back she even handed me towels when I got out the wash and wanted to make sure I was happy with the service, she gave me a coupon for a free drink. I don't remember her name but she told me she was the new manager thank you for great service today.
