  This place is a joke. Do not go there. They tell you over the phone that you are guaranteed approved with zero down when you get to the store come and find out is a preapproval and they go through your credit and do it all again just to tell you no and they want to ridiculous down payment for a vehicle they lied to you on the phone to get you there just to get you there to waste your time and effort and money. I will not suggest this place to nobody. Don’t do it if you wanna get a car go somewhere besides Benson’s at Ingram do not go there. They are the worst and then they make people wait forever or they forget they even got people there.

  Severely dissapointed and taken advantage of. Harley asked us to come in today, asking to purchase our used vehicle. He stated they would match what Carmax offered and that they also had a special of $2,500 to give us for down-payment of another car. When we went in the offer decreased by $7,000, which was way below trade-in value. They car is in great condition.They also ran our credit 3 times, resulting in 3 hard inquiries. We only authorized 1 hard inquiry. This was not only a terrible experience but harmed us financially by damaging our credit with 2 fraudulent inquiries. We walked out severely disappointed and will never do business with Benson's Auto Group again.

  Went to see a car and took it for a test drive. It looked great at first. But when we sat down to go over pricing, they added $7,000 in extra fees. Don't waste your time here.

  Do not go here for service, they gave me a 1200 dollar quote for something that another dealership quoted me half of that price and on top of all that the service manager or adviser was very rude and not apologetic for not working on my vehicle at the time I brought it in at my appointment, they didn’t get to it until hours later and if I would of known I wouldn’t have brought it there, I mean what is the point of making an appointment and they blamed the holiday rush no apology what so ever!

  Shady deceptive practices. The price the vehicle was posted for is not the price listed on my contract. I would never pay that price for that vehicle level. I was offered a crappy term with high interest. I will be returning the vehicle. I am really angry because I had a better deal at Boerne Dodge and they are playing with my credit. No one wants a bunch of inquires on there credit.
