  I walked in there because I wasn’t sure if it was my tail Light or my blinker seems a guy name Matt He was not hospitable. He did not go outside with me to see if it was either or I had to ask one of the reps a different rep named Stephanie and she helped me out by going outside to making sure that it was the right light bulb that I needed for my blinker/ lights. I understand if you get really busy and it’s hard for you to agree customers there was nobody else in there. Stephanie proceeded to tell me that he was in pain if you’re in pain and you can’t take care of a customer please stay home. I let her around found out also that he was a manager horrible customer service. Stephanie was awesome thank you for everything that you’ve done and I will have my marine/Fiance fix the blinker for me. We will definitely not be coming back due to Management.

  Mr. Jim was so helpful in making sure we had what we needed and called other locations for the parts they didn’t have and was very helpful in a stressful situation. Thank you so much!
