  I would like to file a complaint regarding my experience at AutoZone. The store appears to be poorly managed and disorganized. I have encountered employees who were unprofessional and disrespectful, which made my experience uncomfortable and frustrating. Additionally, there seems to be a lack of consistent leadership. Managers often appear unavailable, and when they are present, there is a noticeable lack of clear decision-making. This creates confusion for both employees and customers. Overall, the level of customer service and management at this location does not meet reasonable expectations. I hope this issue can be addressed to improve the experience for future customers.

  I had a check engine light and they immediately went out there and read my codes and gave me a print out. Thank you very much.

  Today I went to Autozone at Goliad Rd to purchase a new battery for my vehicle and since I didn't have anyone to help me exchange old battery out Ms.Alexandria J came to the rescue and installed the new battery for me! She went above and beyond and displayed excellent customer service and was so knowledgeable and helpful and had a excellent sense of humor! She deserves a promotion and a raise! Keep up the excellent work and shout out to all the other women at Autozone at Goliad Rd that are also doing an excellent job!

  Needed supplies to fix my ac discharge line 2 weeks ago. I loaned out a manifold gauge set and ac vacuum pump from this place. This was the first time I tried to fix a component to my car's ac, so I didn't know what to look for in terms of the tools being in usable condition. The vacuum normally comes with 2 black caps, one for the line and the other seems to hold air. The cap that holds air was missing making the entire thing ineffective and it can't just have any valve cap on it to make it work. So much frustration thinking i was doing something wrong when the whole time i got a vacuum with an important part missing. I had to put the project on hold to get another one. 3230 goliad didn't have another vacuum, but the one on 2014 goliad did. I get the vacuum with both caps from 2014 goliad, drive back home and then the manifold gauge set low pressure knob stopped working! I had to put the project on hold again and get another one, obviously from 2014 because i didn't want to go back to 3230 goliad. The website says you can return loaner tools to any location. 2014 could not take back the tools when i was done with them because of an issue with their system, so I had to go out of my way again to take the tools to 3230 goliad to get my money back! Going back to when i needed another vacuum, one of the staff members at 3230 believed I didn't know how to use the vacuum stating the cap that was missing was where the line goes... NO. I researched everything long enough to know by that point! Imagine if I was getting car advice from him knowing nothing, the added run around I would have gotten! It reminded me of when I went to 3230 goliad 3 years ago because I was having issues with my car starting, and one of the staff members used the machine to test my battery and said everything was fine, I still had a few hundred starts left in the battery. I kept jump starting my car for 2 weeks and something told me it couldn't have been the alternator... my car was not that old at the time. I went to the 2014 autozone by accident not knowing there was 2 of them on goliad, and it turns out it actually was the battery! I've learned my lesson enough to never go inside any autozone for nothing again.
