  As a veteran, just coming out from the gym with my backpack on. The manager is telling us to leave our bags in the front like we’re criminals or something? What if someone takes our bag in the front while we’re shopping? I asked if this is a AUTOZONE POLICY she said verbatim “kinda”. What a disgrace to the community.

  I've had nothing but positive experiences with River at AutoZone! Her phone etiquette is outstanding - she's always professional, friendly, and helpful whether I'm calling with questions or placing an order. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping customers find the right parts. Beyond that, her overall work experience really shows. She's knowledgeable, efficient, and always goes the extra mile to make sure I leave with what I need. It's refreshing see someone who takes pride in their job. River is a real asset there, and I always feel confident reaching out when I need automotive help. Highly recommend asking for her!

  Drove 15 minutes from another store after calling to confirm they could test my starter. Upon arriving it took them less than 10 seconds to tell me the machine wasnt working. Wouldve been nice of the person who answered the phone to actually check if the machine was working instead of wasting my time. Only so much day light to work on my car after getting off work.
