  I just want to say that I went in expecting good service and a man named Jack older man was absolutely rude to me and seemed a little racist to me. I left the store upset in thinking there are still ignorant people out there like JACK !!!!!

  I had a great experience at AutoZone thanks to Jack! He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help me. He made sure I picked out the exact windshield wipers I needed and took the time to explain everything so I felt confident in my purchase. On top of that, he even installed the wipers for me, which I really appreciated. Excellent customer service like this is hard to find, thank you, Jack!
