  Went twice and had pretty horrible experience. The older gentleman was all over and inattentive. He kept dismissing me to answer the phone when there was other people working as well. Some other guy left random people behind the counter who were customers and very loud and obnoxious. I couldn't even hear the guy who was "assisting" me. Then I went today to get the right parts. The heavy set man helped me and didn't really seem to want to help me. The lady who helped me get the right part was actually nice and wasn't unpleasant like the others. So thank you lady for helping me today. She was short and Hispanic and I believe kinda long hair. She should know she did a good job. I won't be going back to that auto zone even tho I live a mile from there.

  Great experience anything you need Benji will go out of his way to help you out. Needed a new battery and he helped me out and so did the warranty. Also needed a part and while this store didn’t have it Benji helped me know which store did have it. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions.

  Stop by about 730 at night. My battery gave me some trouble so I swing by to get it checked out. I ran into Ortiz asked him if they could test the battery with no hesitation. Grab the machine ran the test which came back bad battery. Ortiz was able to get me the price in stock and with no hesitation installed within 15 to 20 minutes total. This could’ve been a very bad situation for me, but finding an AutoZone which happened to be conveniently in the area walking in and having that kind of excellent customer service made the expense, no problem. Thank you, Ortiz for all the help. I will definitely be coming back.

  Went in for trouble with battery. Was helped by Cy, he did different diagnostic testing on the battery, battery was determined to have a cracked cell. Cy was very friendly, patient and helpful.

  Excellent experience I spent over $200 in product. The manager came out and personally put on the windshield wipers himself. I highly recommend.
