  I was needing help recharging my car’s AC line and honestly got pretty confused. I had done it in the past but couldn’t remember exactly where the low-pressure port was. After watching a few videos, I just ended up second-guessing myself even more. I stopped by AutoZone and Kevin was extremely helpful. He took the time to help me locate the correct low-pressure port, explained everything clearly, and showed me how the process works so I could feel confident doing it myself. He was professional, friendly, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I understood what I was doing. I really appreciate his patience and willingness to help. Highly recommend asking for Kevin if you need help finding the right parts or understanding how something should be done. Great customer service! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Thank you so much to Marvin and Josh for helping me on a crazy Friday. I went for an interview and my battery died, I got a jump, and went to the location on Potranco and Ellison to get it charged. Found out the battery was bad and needed to be replaced, these guys removed and replaced it for me... Keeping my interview suit spotless. Y'all are amazing!!! Thank y'all for making a crazy day manageable.
