  Britt has amazing customer service! She used to work at a location closer to where I live but once she moved over here had to come along. Always does her best to take care of me and my family!

  Last few times I have been in this store employees and management dont know what they are doing or dont even speak english. Ordered parts to the wrong store had to go through refunds sent us to 3 different store on opposite sides of town to get parts total drive time over an hour when they said we could pick up all the rest of the parts at the main hub. Talked to the guy at the main hub on Perrin beitel and told him how horrible the experience was at this store and he agreed that he knows this store and knows how horribly ran it is. Never using autozone again.

  Big thanks to Juan who helped me yesterday find out what’s wrong with my car! I’m a mom of 5 and my husband had been at work and my brother on my phone listening to me be just a girl literally lmao and I kept telling them that 🤣 IM JUST A GIRL! Juan laughed because he totally understood and helped me as if I was his mom or sisters ! I totally appreciated that cause my car is everything and I tend to lose my mind when stuff happens he explained what was wrong to my brother as well cause tbh it was big words and I don’t speak car I just drive it LOL but I appreciate him completely for understanding me and helping! I asked him if my husband has questions if he could ask for him he said OFC! Great person! Great communication skills! Great everything!! Shout out to Juan that man needs a raise or to be manager or something!!
