- FDFloyd DetiveauxApr 2, 20265.0low battery light came on, i removed it and took it in, tim and juan greeted me, there was some corrosion on the posts, and they gave me advise on how to clean the posts and connectors. Tim checked the battery, it was bad. Of course my 3 yr warranty expired 12 days ago. Tim was kind to over ride the system for a one time replacement, i understand this new one is not under warranty, but not having to pay 215 for a new battery really helped me out. I appreciate the time they took to explain how to maintain my battery cables, and going above and beyond on the cost of a new battery.

It’s rare to find service like that these days. Highly recommend!
