  Greys transmission serviced my car transmission, priced better than anyone else. They did a great job on my car. Will be using them for now on.

  Had high praise for how quick they did the work on a diesel truck I owed. Dropped almost 10 grand to fully rebuild a the transmission on it, drove off appreciated the quick turn around. So didnt need the truck once I got it back and I asked them if the so called warranty they offered would pass over to the next owner. Swore up and down that it did, so felt comfortable selling the truck and letting it go. Come to find out transmission started giving the gentleman I sold it too issues, he called the shop and he said he was covered. So they took the truck, he did as he said, they covered it but truck continued having issues shortly after. Long story short, Gray's ended up saying that the parts that supposedly were fixed weren't original parts that were repaired on the transmission and this gentleman had to pay 2800, on top the hassle that they could never get him in because they were always busy. I'm sure the owner is gonna respond on here and respond with "He has a hot rod tune and truck is deleted, so he must be abusing the transmission." Doesn't matter if his got a hot tune, if his towing with it day in and day out. You supposedly put 13 grand into a diesel transmission and if you pride yourself in your work like that, then you would be saying "Its gonna take a lot for you to blow that transmission up." Got another one for you, the guy is my neighbor who I sold the truck to. He works in the oil field and I work from home, so I see that truck is parked in his drive way litrally 20 days out of each month and when he does come home he barely moves it. Only reason I'm barely finding this out cause I finally caught him to chat and so happend to ask him how the pickup was holding up for him, thats when he let me know what happened. One thing I dont respect is people who don't honor and stand behind their work, shoot at that so called "Quality". Just be careful dealing with this shop on certain issues.

  I took my mini van in to Grays Transmissions with transmission problems, They diagnosed it and told me my best option and I agreed to it, they did a fabulous job and they was sooooooooooo courteous and total professionals! They got my vehicle done a few hundred bucks cheaper then the original quote and the best part about it is they blew me away by how fast they got it done! I was really amazed! That’s the place to go for transmission repairs! Thanks everybody, you got me on the road again!

  These fine gentlemen replaced the torque converter in my 2017 F150. The diagnostic was quick and accurate with a detailed estimate. They were very professional, polite and kept up great communication throughout the entire process. I've been driving my truck for over a week now and it runs great. To top it off, this is a Christian owned business. Thank you!
