  This could have been a great rental story, the car was clean and in good condition. The problem has to do with the staff and how they handle situations. Even though my payment, with deposit went through on their system and my bank, this location suddenly doesn't show my payment. So they said they would get a hold of me as soon as they found something out, 3 and a half days later I decided to call since I had heard nothing. This after they made me show them my actual account to prove the charge went through. Now I am still waiting on my deposit to be paid back and I feel like they dont care that I am out 300 bucks right now because of their stupidity. God I could have went with anyone else.

  Great experience at the Enterprise Rent-A-Car in San Angelo, TX. As a first-time renter, all three associates were very knowledgeable and helpful. They answered all my questions, and made the process quick and easy. Excellent customer service.

  Lano, is a HORRIBLE associate at this establishment. He does not understand the basics of his job and nor does he know how to explain to customers what will be going on. He took 100 dollars from me when he was only supposed to take 50. He also failed to explain when the charges would be taken from my card. He then told me enterprise would call me to keep me informed about charges which was never the case. The lady manger was extremely rude over the phone, had an attitude when speaking to me about the situation.
