My car was tragic, my day was worse, and I swear the universe had it out for me. Then Robert appeared like some kind of car-wash guardian angel, took one look at the situation, and said not to worry about it. Next thing I know, my car is spotless, my faith in humanity is restored, and I’m driving away feeling like I got a second chance at life. All heroes don’t wear capes—some of them run car washes. 🚗✨
- CJCarl Jacobsen6 days ago1.0SCAM ALERT. Do NOT get a membership with Zips, the only way to cancel it is to cancel your credit card. I canceled multiple times and they told me they canceled it, refunded me some money only to start charging me MORE the next month. This is a greedy, slimy corporation that is willing to steal from you.

Had a lot of built up mud from riding off road and he took the time to help prep my truck before going through the wash which I was anticipating wasn’t going to get the complete job done. Their neglectful approach to customer service and insurance claims is a warning sign. If you value your time, peace of mind, and your vehicle, it’s best to look elsewhere. The antenna on our Ford F150 was ripped clean out of the side of the truck during our wash. We were assured that the Zip Claims department would handle the repairs. This issue has been outstanding for over a month and we have yet to be contacted by Zip Claims. Our efforts to contact them have not been fruitful either.
