Overall, I appreciate the professionalism of the team and the quality of their work. I’ve never experienced any damaged wheels, TPMS sensors, or balance issues. However, I’ve noticed a consistent timing issue: despite scheduling appointments, each visit has taken 2 to 3½ hours to install four tires. I always try to schedule early-morning appointments when they first open, but after the first couple of times, I was told each time, “My help doesn’t show up until about 9:00 am,” despite them opening the store at 7:00 am, so I started scheduling for later in the day. When I have tires installed, I take off and bring my own wheels in, as I don’t trust anyone to handle my vehicle. A typical tire install at other shops—including lifting the vehicle, removing the wheels, and reinstalling everything—takes under an hour. I’ve skipped the lift/vehicle step, yet here it still consistently takes over 2 hours to mount and balance four tires. I purchased a set of four at Discount Tire last year, and they had them mounted and balanced in about 15–20 minutes. I really like Goodyear and Cooper tires, but moving forward, I’ll be using Tom’s Tire or Big Country Tire. If you're not concerned about timely service or sticking to a schedule, this place is fine in terms of workmanship—but if you expect efficiency, you’ll be better served elsewhere.

When I said that I didnt want to do that they were rude. They made me wait 6 hours after saying I wouldnt pay extra. On top of that, the "check engine" light went on less than 12 hours after leaving. I had to bring my car somewhere else. I will never return here.
