He does not understand the basics of his job and nor does he know how to explain to customers what will be going on. He took 100 dollars from me when he was only supposed to take 50. He also failed to explain when the charges would be taken from my card. He then told me enterprise would call me to keep me informed about charges which was never the case. The lady manger was extremely rude over the phone, had an attitude when speaking to me about the situation.
