Absolutely the worst enterprise I’ve ever rented from. I reserved a full size truck and they called me saying they only had a Malibu sedan. When I got there I asked if they had any other options and a RAV4 was available. When I went to get the car it smelled like the inside of an ashtray at a dive bar - it was disgusting. I went back and asked if I could have the Malibu instead and it had magically disappeared from being available despite there being 3 Malibus parked in the parking lot. Avoid at all costs. On top of all that they refused to lower my rate even though I ended up with a vehicle that is cheaper than a full size truck.

Do not rent a vehicle from the Enterprise branch in San Angelo on San Jacinto St. I turned in a car today that I rented on 12/6/25. I had to keep it longer than planned, partly due to the holidays and also because I had an accident out of town on 12/5/25. I made 1 trip out of town to get the personal property that was left in the car. The day was sunny. The rest of the time, the car was driven only in San Angelo, TX. There was a young guy working who looked about 12. He started going over the car looking for dings, etc. He found 3 tiny dings on the roof of the car that he said was hail damage. I argued with him because we have not had in hail or rain for that matter in months. One of the ladies working stated that the damage had probably been there when I rented the car, that had not been documented when I picked up the car. He insisted that it had happened while I had the car. I told him that there had not been any hail in this area for months. My facts fell on deaf ears. He did not want to hear anything that I had to say. He just kept saying that he had to file a claim on my insurance. It was probably a way to send some business to the body shop that is attached to the body shop who shares a door with Enterprise. If he does file a claim, it will go on my insurance as a 2nd claim that will cause my insurance to go up. I will use any Enterprise sight again if this is not corrected. I have filed with the local Better Business Bureau. I am so mad!
