    For starters this is not to say I am not capable I am it is just not good business. I made a purchase of several items, no bag, 3 young men there talking and the one that actually waited on me went back to eating his chips as soon as payment cleared and he handed me the receipt. Once again no bag, and alternator that is not light with other items to juggle out the door. I ran a shop before and have worked retail they would all be looking for new jobs, very poor customer service and that's what keeps customers coming back.

    Commercial customer service is absurdly generic and below standard practice expectations. In comparison to the other locations in town this one is by far the least professional. If you want to feel like an inconvenience and experience unnecessary stress then this is the place to visit. Otherwise I recommend saving yourself the headache and visiting any of the other stores.
