  The Assistant Store Manager, Chris N., was a great help. He stayed late helping replace a difficult lightbulb in the headlamp. Great service, care, and assistance was shown during the process. He was apologetic for the wrong light being bought, which wasn't his fault. My truck is back to 100%, and I thank him for his hard work and time.

  I left the store feeling like I was a bother. I understand being busy, but there was only one other customer in the place. I asked for a specific part and was told to “look on the spinning rack on the other side of the store.” There was no such rack that I could find. On my way out, I told them I was sorry to be a bother, and the response was simply, “No problem, have a nice day.” I wasn’t angry — just disappointed. A little effort or direction would’ve gone a long way. ---

  Service was terrible, I went in store asking for an air filter. When I asked the older man at the counter for prices and if it could be installed he mentioned how they don’t install them. So I proceeded to thank him for his help, while walking out I was bomb rushed with racial slurs and being called out my name just because I didn’t want to purchase the item. The older white male , constantly watched me as I left from the window as if I did something wrong. This had to be the most outrageous encounter I’ve ever had. I can’t recall his name but he was the only one working the register on Nov 6th, 2025 @7:30pm.

  Great workers when I just came to visit. Going above and beyond to help with my broke brake light. Shout out to William for bringing out a tool to help get the job done!
