When I asked the older man at the counter for prices and if it could be installed he mentioned how they don’t install them. So I proceeded to thank him for his help, while walking out I was bomb rushed with racial slurs and being called out my name just because I didn’t want to purchase the item. The older white male , constantly watched me as I left from the window as if I did something wrong. This had to be the most outrageous encounter I’ve ever had. I can’t recall his name but he was the only one working the register on Nov 6th, 2025 @7:30pm.

He was kind enough to lend us tools to change it, and even came to see if we needed help. He helped secure the battery and was very personable and gave great customer service. He was knowledgeable about the battery types and helped me pick a good one. He also put up with my father's awful dad jokes and that itself is worth a good review. Thanks Coach Nine!
