I asked for a specific part and was told to “look on the spinning rack on the other side of the store.” There was no such rack that I could find. On my way out, I told them I was sorry to be a bother, and the response was simply, “No problem, have a nice day.” I wasn’t angry — just disappointed. A little effort or direction would’ve gone a long way. ---

When I asked the older man at the counter for prices and if it could be installed he mentioned how they don’t install them. So I proceeded to thank him for his help, while walking out I was bomb rushed with racial slurs and being called out my name just because I didn’t want to purchase the item. The older white male , constantly watched me as I left from the window as if I did something wrong. This had to be the most outrageous encounter I’ve ever had. I can’t recall his name but he was the only one working the register on Nov 6th, 2025 @7:30pm.
