  I’ve had my oil change done here for years. The guys have always appeared to be well-staffed and although busting their tails trying to get the never ending line of vehicles taken care of, they seemed to be in good spirits and staffed properly. I’ve always had good experiences here. I’ve recommended this location to many folks. As of late it seems as if the location is understaffed and overworked. They seem stressed both mentally and physically. I worry for their safety. Maybe it’s just perception and maybe it’s wrong, but I hope if they are truly understaffed that this will be addressed ASAP. Again, I’ve had nothing but great things to say about this location. I just hope things are going well there and it’s being ran appropriately. Keep up the hard work guys.

  Worst service ever—-supposedly a fast oil change—once they put you in a line you are stuck there no matter how long the car in front of you takes—even if the other lines are moving you are stuck-just waited for 1 hour with 1 car already being services and with the car in front of me taking a good 35-40 minutes. Other cars arriving after me already being serviced because they got lucky by what line they were put in. Finally got my turn and when I pulled into the bay I was told the car in front of me had pulled around to get some extra services done and I would have to wait longer. I told them I had been there over an hour and he said they were short staffed and there was nothing they could do. So I drove off, I shouldn’t be expected to use an entire afternoon to get a quick oil change. Have lived in Saginaw 3 years and use them on both our cars—-will never ever go back. Tried to call and actually speak to a manager and after 15 minutes I was told that I could not speak to a manager but leave a message and I would get a call back. So —- horrible service in the bay—horrible customer service on the phone Use any other oil change service anywhere—-DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!!!!!
