Every time I've come here they are all so friendly and courteous! I was able to come get my oil changed and inspection done all in one without an appointment. They are very efficient and get you taken care of in a timely manner!

The facility was clean and well-organized, making it a pleasant while I waited in my car. The staff was professional, and it was clear that they value customer satisfaction.
Overall, I highly recommend Valovline Instant Oil Change (Saginaw) for anyone looking to get an oil change efficiently without sacrificing quality. I will definitely return for future services!

I have always used Valvoline for my inspections, oil changes and other minor repairs. I was disappointed That my last oil change, I drove off and heard all this noise. I returned and they were closed, but someone was inside and they helped me and said my underpinning only had two screws instead of four. They did fix it but what if it had been they forgot to screw the oil cap on. Mechanics need to be more attentive to each job they are doing.
I have been going to this location for awhile now and I can’t tell you how much I appreciate this location. Oil change whatever the little sticker says I go and guess what, I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS LOCATION.
Today was Andrew Aaron and Tyler. I’ve never had a bad experience here. This Crew is so DOPE.

Avoid this location at all costs.
I arrived at 9:05 AM with one truck ahead of me in the bay and was I next in line. What should have been an “instant” oil change turned into an almost two-hour ordeal. I didn’t pull forward until 9:40 AM and didn’t leave until 10:47 AM. Nearly two hours for an emissions test and a service whose entire value proposition is speed.
During that time, it seemed as though employees were walking around aimlessly while nothing meaningful was getting done. There was no urgency, no communication, and no explanation. Just a complete lack of operational awareness and respect for customers’ time.
This location used to be the pinnacle of service. A year ago, I would have recommended it without hesitation. Whatever standards once existed here are clearly gone.
Instead of a genuine apology, the manager told me I should be “happy” because it would have cost more at the dealership. That’s dismissive and tone-deaf. Price does not excuse incompetence, nor does it justify wasting nearly two hours of someone’s morning.
The timeline alone should raise questions about staffing, workflow, and leadership at this location. This feels less like an isolated bad day and more like a breakdown in management that someone above the store level should be aware of.
If this is the new standard here, it’s a serious problem.
I won’t be returning, and I strongly recommend anyone who values their time take their business elsewhere.
