My tip to other oil change customers is to not pull in and wait at the third stall from the office. They use that stall for tire rotations and you can be waiting there for a while. To the shop's credit they did tell me I could move to another stall for an oil change only. I'm still a customer. But I won't wait at that stall.

I'll definitely keep coming to this particular Valvoline on North Saginaw to get my oil changed. Leo was especially pleasant to work with and took great care of me!

Some young men working there were very rude to her because she did not understand their instructions. They even went as far as to tell her she had “obviously never done this before “. That is not how you treat anyone, let alone a young lady.
