  Went in for the Mobil One special, and of course they were out of the filter that was on sale so I had to spend an extra $3 on a mobile one filter,what I use in the first place …. thanks Bob you didn’t put your name on the ticket. I’ll call you Bob up selling me there, buddy thanks you’re good on the computer. . it’s a normal visit for advance auto …computer knowledge not a lot of auto knowledge.

  I had an exceptional experience at Advanced Auto Parts on Saginaw Blvd, all thanks to Jacob. I walked in needing coolant for my car but honestly had no clue which one was right for my vehicle. To make matters worse, I had already picked out the wrong product and was fully prepared to check out with it. Thankfully, Jacob noticed and stepped in before I made a mistake that could have caused real issues for my car. Instead of just pointing me in the right direction, he took the time to ask about my vehicle, double-check the correct specifications, and explain why the coolant I had chosen wasn’t the right fit. That level of attention to detail and willingness to help really stood out. He didn’t rush the interaction or make me feel like a burden—instead, he was patient, thorough, and genuinely focused on making sure I left with exactly what I needed. On top of his knowledge, Jacob was incredibly kind, professional, and easy to talk to. He created a welcoming environment from the moment I walked in, which made the whole experience stress-free and actually enjoyable. It’s not every day you come across someone who combines strong technical knowledge with such a friendly and approachable attitude. His customer service skills are truly top-notch, and it’s clear he takes pride in helping people. Because of Jacob, I feel much more confident about maintaining my car, and I’ll definitely be returning to this location for future needs. Advanced Auto Parts is lucky to have someone like him on their team. Thank you again, Jacob, for going above and beyond—I really appreciate your help and the care you showed during my visit!
