I went ahead and got 4 new tires because I didn’t want mismatching tires. I also agreed to an alignment because it is recommended. They said I needed my lower ball joint replaced but the men in my family disagreed. So here I am 4 days later at a Ford Dealership in Rockwall and they as well said it did not need to be replaced and I can get my alignment. I don’t understand why they could not have said they don’t know how, don’t have the proper tools or did not want to do it. The ONLY reason why I am giving 3 stars is because Carlos was very professional and it’s not fair to him for my bad experience on the shop part. I also waited 3 hours and the bathrooms were disgusting. Xavier “the manager” is very shady. I won’t be going back to this location.
