I always love the customer service, the whole part of being treated like a person not a woman that doesn’t know anything, they are very up front about pricing, no hidden fees, they even show you the price ranges and you can decide what tire you can afford. I will continue going to this NTB until they close. Ethan was super nice and always tries to get me the best price possible, staying within my budget! The waiting area is super clean and does not smell like tires or oil! Love it!
